Description[]
Ballbusters are small brown moles with large shoes, claws, and a helmet on their head with a large spike.
Ballbusters work for Satan and, while confused by their orders, broke into Dynamite Anton and Dynamite Annie's home and stole their spirits.
Behavior[]
Ballbusters are enemies that will try to hurt the player by rushing at them with their pointy hats.
The attack can be avoided by jumping over it. The player can also kill Ballbusters before the attack. If the attack is avoided, the Ballbuster will be stunned upon hitting a wall. It will get up after a couple seconds.

Flapper is a variant of Ballbusters.
Appearance[]
While they might be just regular Ballbusters, Flapper's spiky helmet is in place of the propeller hat. They also have a beaver-like teeth.
Behavior[]
Their behaviors are similar to Ballbusters, except in the air. They tend to fly around left and right, so on and so forth.

Rolling Ballbuster is another variant of Ballbusters.
Appearance[]
The same appearance as the Ballbuster, except this time with a bouncing ball.
Behavior[]
Their behavior is chasing towards the player, as they may be careful to take balance themselves. Using the Hammer Vault towards them will pop the bouncing ball.

Red Ballbuster is another variant of Ballbusters.
Appearance[]
They're regular Ballbusters, but instead are tinted with pinkish red. They also shine with golden eyes and claws.
Behavior[]
They act the same way a normal Ballbuster does, but only faster and quicker during their behavior.

Ballbuster with Gun is another variant of Ballbusters.
Appearance[]
The same appearance as regular Ballbusters, except this time with a gun on their claws and sunglasses put to their eyes.
...I wonder if his name is absolutely Jerry?
Behavior[]
It's.. a Ballbuster. With a gun.
On a serious note; they do tend to walk like Ballbusters, but the gun itself is useless and doesn't charge at the player like the others.

Biggiebusters are the larger versions of Ballbusters.
Appearance[]
Instead of a regular size of the single Ballbuster, Biggiebuster turns.. well, big.
It wears the same spiky helmet as a regular Ballbuster, but instead is more round to fit inside his head, and has a symbol that marks the "X" right at his chest - possibly two bandages that covers his weakness.
Behavior[]
Biggiebusters will only walk back and forth, pushing Anton back upon making contact. Because of their helmets, they can't die from Hammer Vaulting, so the only way to kill them is to Clutch boost into their side.

Variant[]
Beelzebuster is the second variant of Biggiebuster.
Appearance[]
Beelzebuster seems to be a demonic version of the Biggiebuster. Instead of having a regular snout, it now includes a pitchfork and has more of a slightly mischievous smile. The helmet is more spikier than ever and has the "X" mark in their arm. They're also tinted pinkish red and golden by their claws, eyes, pitchfork and the spikes on their helmet.
Behavior[]
It's immune to the Hammer Vault, so their weakness has to be hit from behind - usually by being slid under or by just Clutch Boosting from behind them, as attempting to attack from the front will result in taking damage.

Trivia[]
- In AntonBall Deluxe, the final (and only) boss of the AntonBall mode is a Ballbuster that rides on a tank.
- The screams that the Ballbusters (as well as many other enemies like Jewel Goon and bosses like Ring-a-Ding) let out after being killed are sped up versions of the Howie Scream meme.
- Their name is likely a play on "wall buster", due to them being ball-shaped and with the destruction theme going on the entire game, hence the name, Ballbuster.
- A ballbuster in Real Life is an informal term for someone who is relentlessly aggressive.
- If you try to jump on a Ballbuster, its helmet will get stuck over its head, stunning it for a few seconds.
- Ballbusters and Pippos are the only screams used in the game that are used for other bosses and enemies.
- Different enemies might have been planned to have different screams, but Ballbuster’s scream might've been used to save time.
